The Apprentice was started over 8 years ago. The Apprentice started off as a single round window washing event raising money for charity. Presently The Apprentice is one of Montreal’s strongest events for student to gain hands on experience. In 2008 The Apprentice was a multi-round live business case competitions pitting business students against each other in a series of live cases developed in cooperation with executives ranging from small start up companies to multi-billion dollar fortune 500 companies. Apprentice has grown to include McGill University, Concordia University and this year we have expanded even further to include HEC. This year’s Apprentice will be full day event, involving a little bit more applied theory to the cases. Once again these cases are real problems these companies are currently facing and you are coming up with real implementable solutions! Benefits range from the hands on experience, to recommendation letters from the judges. Be able to network with executives, and every year companies have offered contestants a job. This year, from past performances, one company will guarantee a job at their company!
